Who Can Apply?
To be eligible for the ECOWAS Bank for Investment and Development Graduate Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be under 30 years of age at the time of recruitment.
- Hold a Master’s degree or equivalent in relevant fields such as Finance, Economics, Law, Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or other disciplines pertinent to the activities of the Bank.
- Exhibit excellent teamwork capabilities and the ability to perform well under pressure in a multicultural environment.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills with robust research capabilities.
- Possess fluency in English, French, or Portuguese, with working knowledge in another of these languages.
