    Brock University Scholarship and Enrollment Requirements

    To maintain eligibility for your scholarship at Brock University, it is essential to be enrolled as a full-time student. Full-time status is jeopardized if your course load falls below 3.0 credits during the Fall/Winter semesters or if you decide to leave the university. Should such changes occur, your scholarship and/or tuition offset may be adjusted or rescinded based on your actual enrollment.     Award Notification and Membership in the Brock Leaders Citizenship Society

    Recipients of the Brock Leaders Citizenship Award will be informed during the spring, ahead of their inaugural year at Brock University. Upon their arrival in September, these outstanding students will be integrated into the Brock Leaders Citizenship Society. This society is designed to connect top students with their peers, fostering personal growth and community engagement. Members have the privilege of meeting with fellow leaders regularly to exchange ideas, collaborate on projects, and expand their networks.

    To ensure continued membership in the Brock Leaders Citizenship Society and eligibility for award renewal, students are required to:

    • Sustain a minimum 80% average in their full-time academic pursuits.
    • Dedicate at least 20 hours per term (totaling 40 hours across the Fall/Winter terms) to community service or involvement.
    • Progress through the Foundation in Leadership Program by completing a new level each year, advancing from bronze in the first year to platinum by the fourth year.
