The AfDB Young Professionals Program (YPP) is a competitive entry-level program for exceptional young Africans and citizens of AfDB member countries to begin a career in international development finance. YPs rotate through different departments over three years, working on high-impact projects across Africa in infrastructure, energy, agriculture, governance, and private sector development.
