About This Opportunity
MSF field placements send qualified medical professionals to humanitarian crisis zones worldwide. Medical staff provide essential healthcare to populations affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural disasters, and exclusion from healthcare. Placements are in countries across Africa, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Central America. This is not a traditional internship but a field deployment for experienced professionals.
Eligibility
- Must be a qualified medical professional (doctor, nurse, midwife, surgeon, anesthesiologist, etc.) with at least 2 years post-qualification experience. Must be available for 6-12 month deployments. Must be adaptable and willing to work in challenging, resource-limited settings.
