Microsoft Internship Program

The Microsoft Internship Program places students on real product teams for twelve weeks across engineering, data science, product, design, security and business roles, with competitive pay and housing or relocation support in many locations. Interns ship work that matters, are mentored inside one of the world’s largest technology companies, and convert into full-time offers at strong rates.

Internships run across dozens of countries, including engineering hubs in Africa, Asia, Europe and the Americas, and the Explore track opens doors for first and second-year undergraduates. Recruiting for each summer opens from roughly July to October the year before and roles close as they fill, so early applications win.

• Students enrolled in a bachelor's, master's or PhD program who will return to studies after the internship, typically applying in their penultimate year.
• Roles span software engineering, data science, product management, design, security, hardware, finance, marketing and sales, each with its own posting requirements.
