About this scholarship

Funded by the Government of Japan and administered by the Asian Development Bank. Supports nationals of ADB developing member countries to pursue Master’s degrees in economics, management, science, and technology at partner universities in the Asia-Pacific region.

Eligibility

Nationals of an ADB borrowing member country. Bachelor's degree with strong academic record. At least 2 years of professional work experience. Admitted to a partner university. Under 35 preferred.

How to Apply

  • Do not apply to ADB directly
  • Choose a participating ADB-JSP designated institution and an eligible programme
  • Request application forms and scholarship information from that institution
  • Submit your application to the institution at least six months before the programme start
