For students from developing countries in Central/South Asia and East Africa. Half grant, half interest-free loan. Covers Master and PhD at top universities worldwide.

• Citizens of select countries (Bangladesh, India, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Madagascar, Mozambique, Pakistan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Uganda)
• Genuine financial need
• No alternative funding

Up to 50% grant covering tuition and living. Remaining 50% as interest-free loan repayable after employment. Total covers full cost of attendance.

• Secure admission to a Master's or PhD programme first
• Contact the local Aga Khan Foundation office in your country of residence
• Obtain and complete the application form from that local office
• Submit transcripts, admission proof, references, and financial documents by the local deadline
