Australian government scholarships for students from developing countries to undertake full-time undergraduate or postgraduate study at participating Australian universities.
- Full tuition fees at an Australian university for the duration of the course
- Return economy airfare to and from Australia
- Establishment allowance (~AUD$5,000 one-time) for setting up
- Contribution to living expenses (CLE): ~AUD$3,400/month (tax-free)
- Introductory academic program (IAP) — compulsory pre-course program
- Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) for the duration of the scholarship

- Pre-course English language training (if required) for up to 6 months
