About this scholarship
The Heydar Aliyev International Education Grant Program offers fully funded scholarships to international students for undergraduate, graduate, doctoral, and general medicine/residency programs at Azerbaijani universities for 2026-2027.

How to Apply
- Direct individual applications are not accepted
- Be officially nominated by your country's government authority or embassy in the first stage
- If nominated, apply in the second stage via the Study in Azerbaijan Centralized Admission Service (SIACAS)
- Select the Heydar Aliyev grant programme and your preferred specialties
