College of Europe Scholarship

Scholarships for university graduates from European Neighbourhood Policy countries to pursue one-year postgraduate studies at the College of Europe in Bruges (Belgium) or Natolin (Warsaw, Poland). Programs in EU law, economics, politics, and international relations.

University graduates from ENP countries (including North Africa, Eastern Europe, Caucasus). Bachelor's degree. Strong academic record. Proficiency in English and/or French.

• Full or partial tuition fee waiver (fees typically ~€25,000/year)
• Monthly living allowance for on-campus accommodation
• Access to the College's residential campus in Bruges (Belgium) or Natolin (Poland)
• Study alongside 300+ students from 50+ countries
• Direct access to EU institutions through study visits, internships, and guest lectures
• Strong alumni network: many EU officials, diplomats, and policymakers are College of Europe graduates
• Program duration: 10 months (one intensive academic year)

• Apply for admission to a College of Europe master's programme via the online application by the deadline (usually January)
• Indicate on the application form that you wish to be considered for scholarships
• Scholarships are awarded by final ranking after selection interviews
