About this scholarship
The College of Europe in Bruges (Belgium) and Natolin (Warsaw, Poland) offers fully funded scholarships to outstanding graduates for its prestigious one-year Master’s programs in European studies. Programs include European Law, European Economics, European Politics and Governance, European Interdisciplinary Studies, and EU International Relations and Diplomacy. The College of Europe is known as “Europe’s university” — many EU leaders, commissioners, and diplomats are alumni. Scholarships are funded by various European governments and institutions.
Eligibility
Must hold a university degree (bachelor's minimum, master's preferred) or expect to graduate before enrollment. Must have an excellent academic record. Must be proficient in English and preferably French (depending on the program). Must demonstrate strong interest in European integration and policy. Specific scholarships may have additional nationality or background requirements (e.g., Eastern Partnership countries, Mediterranean countries, developing countries, etc.). Must be under 30 years old for most scholarship lines.

How to Apply
- Apply for admission to a College of Europe master's programme via the online application by the deadline (usually January)
- Indicate on the application form that you wish to be considered for scholarships
- Scholarships are awarded by final ranking after selection interviews
