About this scholarship
Mexico’s National Council for Science and Technology funds Master’s and PhD students to study at accredited institutions in Mexico or abroad. One of Latin America’s largest scholarship programs.
Eligibility
Mexican citizens (for abroad study) or international students (for study in Mexico at CONACYT-recognized programs). Admission to a CONACYT-registered program. Strong academic record.

How to Apply
- Be enrolled in or admitted to a postgraduate programme registered in Mexico's Sistema Nacional de Posgrados (SNP)
- Apply via the SECIHTI national postgraduate scholarship call (convocatoria) online
- Provide your CVU and required documents within the call period
- Open to Mexican and foreign nationals resident in Mexico
