Eligibility
- Open to all nationalities
- For undergraduate: must have completed secondary education with excellent grades (typically top 10% of class)
- For graduate: must hold a bachelor's degree with strong academic performance

- Must be proficient in English (IELTS 6.5+ or TOEFL 90+ or equivalent)
