About This Scholarship
Sciences Po, one of Europe's most prestigious universities for social sciences and political science, offers the Emile Boutmy Scholarship to outstanding international students from outside the EU/EEA. Named after the founder of Sciences Po, the scholarship covers a portion of tuition or provides a living allowance for Bachelor's and Master's programs.
