About this scholarship
Sciences Po, one of Europe’s most prestigious universities for social sciences and political science, offers the Emile Boutmy Scholarship to outstanding international students from outside the EU/EEA. Named after the founder of Sciences Po, the scholarship covers a portion of tuition or provides a living allowance for Bachelor’s and Master’s programs. Sciences Po is based in Paris with campuses in Reims, Le Havre, Menton, Nancy, Poitiers, and Dijon.
Eligibility
Must be a first-time applicant to Sciences Po. Must be a non-EU/EEA international student. Must be applying for a Bachelor's or Master's program. Strong academic record. Demonstrated financial need. Active civic or extracurricular engagement is valued.
Benefits & Coverage
- Tuition fee reduction of up to €16,000/year (depending on program and financial situation)
- OR living grant of up to €5,000/year
- Renewable for the full duration of the program with satisfactory academic progress
