About this scholarship
The Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) scholarship is open to international students who wish to study in India. Covers a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs at top Indian universities.
Eligibility
- Citizens of countries where ICCR scholarships are offered
- Age between 18-30 for undergraduate, 18-35 for postgraduate
- Must have completed prior education with good grades

How to Apply
- Register and apply online on the ICCR A2A Scholarship Portal during the application window
- Select up to five universities/courses in order of preference and upload your documents and essay
- Selection is by the Indian Mission/Embassy on merit
- Medical insurance is the student's responsibility
