About this scholarship
Pakistan’s Higher Education Commission funds PhD students to study at top universities worldwide. One of the most comprehensive government scholarship programs. Covers all costs for 3-4 years.
Eligibility
- Pakistani citizens
- Maximum age 35
- MSc/MPhil degree with minimum GPA 3.0/4.0
- GAT (General) score 60%+
- Conditional admission at foreign university

How to Apply
- Be a Pakistani/AJK national (priority to faculty at HEC-recognised universities)
