About this scholarship
A scholarship specifically for outstanding female students pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science at TU Wien (Vienna University of Technology). Honors the legacy of computer scientist Helmut Veith.
Eligibility
- Female applicants only
- Must be admitted to an English-taught Master's program at TU Wien in a relevant CS field (Logic & Computation, Data Science, Software Engineering, etc.)

Required Documents
Academic transcripts, Degree certificate, Motivation letter, CV, Two academic references, English proficiency proof
How to Apply
- Be a female student eligible for admission to one of TU Wien's English-taught Computer Science master's programmes
- Hold a bachelor's in computer science or mathematics (or equivalent) with a strong mathematical-technical background in one of Helmut Veith's research areas
- Submit the stipend application via the VCLA by the deadline (around 30 November)
- Funding is awarded only to applicants unconditionally admitted to the master's
