A Fulbright exchange program for mid-career professionals from designated countries. Non-degree program offering 10 months of academic study and professional development at a U.S. university.
Eligibility
- Mid-career professionals from eligible developing countries

How to Apply
- Be a mid-career professional with a first university (bachelor's) degree, at least five years of full-time professional experience, leadership potential, and a commitment to public service
- Apply through the U.S. Embassy or Fulbright Commission in your home country (online via the IIE Humphrey application) by the local deadline
- You cannot choose a specific host university or transfer into a degree programme
