How to Apply

  • Be a mid-career professional with a first university (bachelor's) degree, at least five years of full-time professional experience, leadership potential, and a commitment to public service
  • Apply through the U.S. Embassy or Fulbright Commission in your home country (online via the IIE Humphrey application) by the local deadline
  • You cannot choose a specific host university or transfer into a degree programme
