About this scholarship
The Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) offers scholarships to international students from over 100 countries to study in India at undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD levels. The scholarship covers a wide range of subjects at top Indian institutions including IITs, IIMs, JNU, Delhi University, and more. India offers world-class education in engineering, medicine, management, and humanities at highly affordable costs.
Eligibility
Open to citizens of countries with which India has cultural exchange agreements (includes Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, African countries, Middle Eastern countries, Southeast Asian countries, and many others). Age limits vary: under 25 for undergraduate, under 30 for Master's, under 35 for PhD. Must meet the admission requirements of the chosen Indian university.

How to Apply
- Register and apply online on the ICCR A2A Scholarship Portal during the application window
- Select up to five universities/courses in order of preference and upload your documents and essay
- Selection is by the Indian Mission/Embassy on merit
