About This Scholarship

Keio University, Japan's oldest private university (founded 1858), offers MEXT scholarships through its University Recommendation track for international graduate students. Unlike the Embassy track, this route is managed directly by Keio University. Keio is consistently ranked among Japan's top 2-3 private universities, known for producing business leaders, politicians, and innovators. The university has campuses across Tokyo and Yokohama. Available for Master's and PhD programs in all fields.
