About This Scholarship
The Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) Scholarship Program provides fully funded Master's degree opportunities for government officials and public sector employees from partner developing countries. The program aims to build the capacity of partner countries through advanced education in development-related fields including public policy, international development, global health, agriculture, and information technology at leading Korean universities. Programs are taught in English and last 1-2 years.
