KTH Scholarship for Master’s Students

KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden’s largest technical university, offers tuition fee waivers for outstanding fee-paying international students in Master’s programs.

Non-EU/EEA/Swiss citizens admitted to a KTH Master's program. Strong academic record. Must be paying tuition fees. First-time applicant.

• Full or partial tuition fee waiver (covering up to 100% of tuition)
• Available for Master's programs at KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm
• Duration: full program length (1–2 years)
• Access to one of Europe's leading technical universities
• Strong links to Swedish and international tech industry
• Possibility to extend if pursuing a longer program

• Be a fee-paying (typically non-EU/EEA) student who has applied to an eligible KTH master's programme as your first priority through the Sweden University Admissions system and paid the application fee
• The KTH Scholarship (a tuition-fee waiver, not living costs) is awarded on academic excellence, assessed in parallel with admissions
• Second-year funding depends on satisfactory first-year results; apply by the master's admission deadline (around 15 January)
