About this scholarship
MPOWER Financing offers scholarships of up to $10,000 to international and DACA students studying at supported universities in the USA and Canada.
Eligibility
- International student or DACA recipient
- Admitted to or enrolled at an MPOWER-supported institution in the US or Canada
- Demonstrate academic achievement and community involvement

- Applicable to tuition and educational expenses
- No repayment required
How to Apply
- Be an international or DACA student accepted to or enrolled in a full-time degree programme at a US or Canadian school that MPOWER supports, and legally allowed to study there (a valid US study visa/DACA/green card, or a Canadian study permit/PR)
- You do not need to be an MPOWER borrower
- Complete the online application and submit the required essay (with your visa stamped by the closing date); winners are chosen on the essay and funds are disbursed to the school
