NTU’s flagship undergraduate scholarship covering full tuition, living allowance, computer allowance, and overseas programme funding.

How to Apply
- Be a freshman (Singaporean or international) with outstanding results (GCE 'A' level, polytechnic diploma, IB Diploma, or Year 12-equivalent), strong co-curricular records and leadership, applying for a full-time NTU undergraduate degree
- First apply for NTU undergraduate admission, then complete the scholarship application form via the 'Apply for Scholarship' link at the end of the admission application (with a personal essay of up to 250 words and a referee's appraisal)
- Shortlisted applicants are interviewed (around March to May)
