Netherlands Fellowship Programmes (NFP) are funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs to promote capacity development in 51 eligible developing countries. Scholarships cover master's degrees, short courses, and PhD programs at Dutch universities. Recipients return home to apply their new skills to their country's development challenges.
