Orange Knowledge Programme (OKP) 2027 — Netherlands
About this scholarship
The Orange Knowledge Programme (OKP) is funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs and managed by Nuffic. It supports professionals from eligible developing countries to pursue short courses and Master’s programs at Dutch institutions. The program focuses on strengthening organizations in partner countries through capacity building and knowledge exchange. Priority sectors include water management, food security, health, and security and rule of law.
Eligibility
Must be a mid-career professional from an eligible OKP country (see Nuffic country list). Must have a relevant Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of work experience. Must be employed and have employer endorsement. Must return to your home country after the program. Must demonstrate how the training will benefit your organization and country. Must not have previously received OKP or NFP funding.

How to Apply
- Note: the Orange Knowledge Programme (OKP), administered by Nuffic, closed at the end of 2024, with no further application rounds for 2025, 2026, or beyond
- Historically it funded mid-career professionals from selected developing countries (with a signed employer statement) for master's programmes and short courses at Dutch institutions, applied via Nuffic's portal
