About this scholarship
Punjab Educational Endowment Fund offers fully funded Master’s scholarships for Pakistani students from Punjab to study at top universities worldwide. One of Pakistan’s most generous provincial scholarship programs.
Eligibility
- Pakistani citizens domiciled in Punjab
- Maximum age 30
- BSc/BS with minimum CGPA 3.0/4.0
- Family income below PKR 300,000/month
- No prior foreign scholarship

How to Apply
- Hold a Punjab domicile, having secured at least 60% marks or a minimum CGPA of 2.5 at graduation level (16 years of education), from a low-income family, and admitted as a full-time master's student (MA/MSc/MS/MPhil) in the current academic year at a PEEF partner university; those who already hold a master's are ineligible
- Apply online via the PEEF system, then submit the printed form with documents to the financial-aid office of your university for verification (do not submit directly to the PEEF office)
- Covers tuition and a stipend
