Eligibility
Must be a non-Chinese citizen in good health. Must hold a Bachelor's degree (for Master) or Master's degree (for PhD). Under 35 for Master, under 40 for PhD. Must meet English or Chinese language requirements depending on the programme. Must not be currently receiving any other Chinese government scholarship.

How to Apply
- Complete Peking University's online application via the PKU International Student Service System (studyatpku.com), uploading transcripts, degree certificates/authentication, study plan, references, and English/Chinese proficiency proof
- Also complete the Chinese Government Scholarship application on the CSC system (campuschina.org / CGSIS) using Peking University's institution code 10001 and the relevant programme type (Type A bilateral via your country's Chinese Embassy, or Type B via the university)
- Submit both by the deadlines (around February to March); final admission is confirmed by Peking University's admission letter
