Princeton has a no-loan policy — all financial aid comes as grants that never need to be repaid. The university meets 100% of demonstrated need for all admitted students including international students.

How to Apply
- Princeton admission is need-blind for all applicants (including international and undocumented/DACA students) and meets 100% of demonstrated need with grants, not loans, on the basis of financial need (there are no merit scholarships)
- Apply for undergraduate admission, then complete the free Princeton Financial Aid Application (PFAA) with your family's income and asset documentation; international applicants do not submit the FAFSA
- Admitted aid applicants receive a financial-aid offer alongside their admission offer
