About This Scholarship
The Rosa Luxemburg Foundation (RLS), affiliated with the German Left Party (Die Linke), provides fully funded scholarships for international students pursuing Master's and PhD programs at German universities. The Foundation supports students who demonstrate commitment to social justice, anti-discrimination, and left-oriented politics. It awards approximately 200 scholarships per year. International applicants from developing countries who completed their first degree abroad are particularly encouraged to apply.
