Like Rhodes for China. One-year Master’s at Tsinghua University, the ‘MIT of China.’ 200 scholars per year. Immersive experience in China’s economy and culture. Founded by Stephen Schwarzman (Blackstone CEO).
Eligibility
All nationalities. Ages 18-28. Bachelor's degree. Master in Global Affairs at Tsinghua University, Beijing.

How to Apply
- Hold (or be on track to complete by the August before enrolment) an undergraduate degree in any field, be under about 28 to 29 years old, with strong English (all teaching is in English; Chinese is not required), of any nationality
- Submit the online application with academic transcripts, essays, recommendation letters, and a CV by the deadline (Mainland China/Hong Kong/Taiwan/Macao applicants around May; all other applicants around September)
- Attend an interview if shortlisted. Fully funded: tuition, room and board, travel to and from Beijing, an in-country study tour, health insurance, and a personal stipend
