Named after Sciences Po’s founder, this scholarship supports the most talented non-EU students. Sciences Po is France’s elite political science institution that has produced 3 French presidents.
Eligibility
- Must be a non-EU/EEA international student applying for the first time to Sciences Po
- Must demonstrate academic excellence in previous studies
- Must demonstrate financial need based on family income documentation
- Available for both Bachelor's (Undergraduate College) and Master's programs
- Proficiency in English (and/or French depending on program language) is required
- Must meet all general Sciences Po admissions requirements

How to Apply
- Be a first-time applicant from a non-EU country whose household does not file taxes in the EU
- Apply for admission to an eligible Sciences Po undergraduate or master's programme
- Indicate your interest in the Emile Boutmy scholarship in the Financial Information section of the application; it is awarded on excellence (and social criteria) once you are admitted
