Required Documents
- Valid passport (min 6 months validity)
- Bachelor's degree certificate and transcripts
- Two academic reference letters
- English language proficiency (IELTS 6.5+ or TOEFL 90+)
- Updated CV/Resume
- Statement of purpose / Motivation letter
- Proof of financial capability (if applicable)
How to Apply
- Note: the Singapore Government offers several scholarships for international students through the Ministry of Education, mainly the ASEAN Scholarships (for students from ASEAN countries at secondary/pre-university level) and the Singapore Scholarship / ASEAN Undergraduate Scholarship (full-time undergraduate study at NUS, NTU, or SMU for ASEAN students), generally covering tuition, allowances, and airfare
- Check eligibility (usually ASEAN nationality, strong academics, and good English) and apply through the relevant MOE scholarship page or the Singapore Embassy in your country during the announced window
- Graduate research funding is provided separately through the Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA)
