About This Scholarship

The Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA) is a prestigious PhD scholarship offered jointly by the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), Nanyang Technological University (NTU), National University of Singapore (NUS), and the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD). SINGA provides full funding for 4 years of PhD study in Singapore in biomedical sciences, computing, engineering, and physical sciences. Students conduct research at A*STAR's world-class research institutes and are enrolled at one of the partner universities.

Benefits

• Full tuition fees covered for 4 years, monthly stipend of SGD 2,500 (approximately USD 1,850), with annual increments, one-time airfare grant for travel to Singapore, one-time settlement allowance of SGD 1,000, access to A*STAR's research institutes with cutting-edge equipment, co-supervision by university faculty and A*STAR research scientists, opportunity to publish in top journals and attend international conferences
