Swiss Government Excellence Scholarship 2027-28

About This Scholarship

The Swiss Government Excellence Scholarships are awarded by the Swiss Confederation through the Federal Commission for Scholarships for Foreign Students (FCS). They are available for postgraduate researchers and artists from approximately 180 countries to conduct research or further studies at a Swiss public university or recognized institution. Switzerland is home to some of the world's top universities (ETH Zurich, EPFL, University of Zurich) and offers an unmatched quality of life and research environment. The scholarship is typically for one academic year (10 months) with possibility of extension.
