University of Cambridge Trust Scholarships

The Cambridge Trust offers around 250 scholarships annually to international students for postgraduate study at the University of Cambridge. Automatic consideration with graduate application.

• Applying for any full-time graduate course at Cambridge
• Based solely on academic merit

• Full tuition fees (overseas rate)
• Maintenance allowance sufficient for a single student
• No separate application needed

• Be applying to study at the University of Cambridge (undergraduate, master's, or PhD); most awards are for students paying overseas fees (UK/Irish nationals classed as overseas are eligible; Home-fee students are not, though a separate Cambridge Bursary Scheme exists)
• For postgraduate study there is no separate application: apply for admission and complete the funding section of the Applicant Portal by the relevant course funding deadline (often December/January); postgraduate selection is on academic merit, references, and research potential (PhD candidates are ranked across all disciplines)
• For undergraduate study, awards are means-tested and the College sends a form after you receive an offer. Scholarships cover the University Composition Fee and a maintenance allowance (full-cost for top PhD awards; mostly partial at undergraduate level; MBA/MFin and some courses excluded or limited)
