Eligibility
Citizens of Sub-Saharan African countries. Bachelor's degree with strong academic record. Admitted to a Wageningen MSc program. Relevant work experience preferred.

How to Apply
- Be a citizen of an African country, an excellent student with a first-class honours bachelor's degree and a GPA of around 80% or higher (preference to those without a master's yet)
- First submit a complete application to an eligible Wageningen MSc programme before the deadline (around 1 February) and gain unconditional admission; admitted candidates are then assessed, and only those invited by email (around April) join the ASP selection procedure (which may include an assignment, with some places allocated by lot)
- The scholarship is fully funded: tuition, living allowance, travel, visa costs, and health insurance for the duration of the two-year master's
