How to Apply
- Yale operates a need-blind admissions policy for all applicants, including international students (your ability to pay does not affect admission), and meets 100% of every admitted undergraduate's demonstrated financial need for all four years with need-based Yale Scholarship grants rather than loans (there are no merit-based scholarships)
- To be considered, apply for admission and submit the financial-aid materials by the deadlines: the CSS Profile and supporting documents such as parent/student tax returns and financial statements via IDOC (international applicants use the international financial aid forms; the FAFSA applies to US citizens/eligible non-citizens)
- International students' need is assessed with a country-adjusted analysis, and awards range widely up to the full cost of attendance
