YTB-IsDB Joint Scholarship 2027 (Turkey)

Joint scholarship by the Turkish Government (YTB) and the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) for students from IsDB member countries to study in Turkey.

• Citizen of an IsDB member country
• Under 21 (Bachelor), under 30 (Master), under 35 (PhD)
• Minimum 70% GPA

• Full tuition
• Monthly stipend
• Accommodation
• 1-year Turkish language course
• Health insurance
• One-way flight ticket

• Be a citizen of an Islamic Development Bank member country or a member of a Muslim community in a non-member country, with a strong academic record, meeting the age limits (around under 21 for undergraduate, 30 for master's, 35 for PhD) and the admission and language requirements of your chosen Turkish university and programme
• Apply free through the official Turkiye Scholarships website during the application window (around January to February), completing the standard Turkiye Scholarships application and selecting Yes for the Joint Scholarship Program (otherwise you are assessed only under the general scheme); the single application covers both scholarship and university placement
• Fully funded: monthly stipend, accommodation, tuition, health insurance, a one-year Turkish language course, and a one-time round-trip airfare. Note that associate- and bachelor-level recipients repay the support as an interest-free loan to the IsDB Education Trust after graduation and employment
