    Requirements to Study in UK

    Applicants must meet one or both of the following criteria:

    • Identify as female OR identify as Black African, Black Caribbean, or other Black ethnicity.

    Additionally, applicants must:

    • Demonstrate financial need.
    • Hold a conditional/unconditional offer to study the MSc Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at the University of Birmingham.
    • Be ordinarily resident in the UK or classified as an international student for fee purposes.

    Duration and Reward

    Google is offering six scholarships: three for international students and three for UK students. The scholarship values are:

    • International Scholarships: £52,565 each
    • UK Scholarships: £34,225 each

    These funds cover:

    • Tuition Fees: £27,540 (International) | £10,980 (UK)
    • Maintenance Grant: £19,345 for living costs
    • Conference Funding: Up to £2,200 for an international AI/ML conference
    • Equipment Allowance: £1,700 for essential equipment

    University of Birmingham DeepMind scholarship Application Process
