Student life
Cluj-Napoca, Bucharest, Iași, Timișoara and Târgu Mureș are the main university cities, and all have long-running English-taught medical programs. Living costs are low for the EU and public transport is cheap, though Bucharest rents are higher. The Carpathians and the Black Sea coast are within reach for weekend trips. Part-time work is capped at 4 hours a day, so plan to cover most costs from your own funds.
