Student life

Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City hold most universities, with Da Nang and Hue smaller and cheaper options, and living costs are among the lowest in Asia. Motorbikes and ride-hailing apps are the main way around, though both big cities now have their first metro lines. Hanoi has cool winters and hot summers, while the south is hot year-round with a rainy season. Internships with manufacturing and technology firms are increasingly common.
