Oxford Brookes University
Why study here
Oxford Brookes University is a public university in Oxford that began in 1865 as the Oxford School of Art and later became a polytechnic before gaining university status. It is known for architecture, hospitality and tourism, motorsport engineering and publishing. Its main campus is at Headington, on the hill east of the city centre, and it is separate from the University of Oxford. Oxford is an expensive place to live compared with most UK cities.
