Why study here

University of Moratuwa is a public technological university in Moratuwa, just south of Colombo, founded in 1972 and given independent university status later that decade. It specialises in engineering, architecture and design, information technology and business, and engineering degrees are taught in English. The campus sits beside Bolgoda Lake. Most undergraduate places go to Sri Lankan students through national selection, so international applicants should check the university's rules for foreign students.
