Why study here

Yerevan State University is Armenia's oldest university, founded in 1919 in the capital, Yerevan. It is a public classical university with faculties across mathematics, the natural sciences, humanities, law and international relations, and it has long been a centre for Armenian and Oriental studies. Most teaching is in Armenian, with some programs in Russian and English, so international applicants should check the language of their chosen course. Yerevan is a compact capital with modest living costs compared with Western Europe.
