About This Opportunity

The AfDB Young Professionals Program (YPP) is a competitive entry-level program for exceptional young Africans and citizens of AfDB member countries to begin a career in international development finance. YPs rotate through different departments over three years, working on high-impact projects across Africa in infrastructure, energy, agriculture, governance, and private sector development.

Eligibility

• Must be a citizen of an AfDB member country. Must hold a Master's degree or PhD. Must be under 32 years of age. Must have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience. Fluency in English or French required; knowledge of the other language is an advantage.
