We do our best to keep this plain and honest. If something is unclear, ask us.

Our promise

ScholyHub exists to help students make life-changing decisions about studying abroad. We take that responsibility seriously. This page explains who writes our content, how we research and check it, and how we keep it accurate over time. If you ever find something that looks wrong, we want to hear about it.

1. Who writes for ScholyHub

Our articles, guides, and listing summaries are written and reviewed by our in-house education team and contributors with direct experience in international admissions, scholarships, and visa processes. Every author has a profile page on this site showing their background and the articles they have written. You can reach an author’s profile by clicking their name on any article byline.

2. How we research

The data behind our scholarship, university, program, and internship listings is drawn from official and primary sources wherever possible:

  • Official university and scholarship-provider websites
  • Government and embassy immigration pages
  • Recognised ranking and statistics bodies
  • Direct submissions from partner institutions, which we verify before publishing

For opinion and advice articles, we draw on the hands-on experience of our consultants who have guided students through real applications.

3. How we check accuracy

Before a piece is published, it is reviewed for factual accuracy, clarity, and fairness. Deadlines, amounts, and eligibility details are checked against the source at the time of writing. Because these details change frequently and without notice, we also date our content and review high-traffic pages on a recurring basis.

4. Keeping content current

Study-abroad information goes out of date quickly. We update listings as we learn of changes, retire opportunities that have closed, and revise guides when policies shift. Where a detail may have changed since we last checked, we encourage you to confirm directly with the institution or authority. Our Disclaimer explains the limits of what we can guarantee.

5. Editorial independence and advertising

Our editorial recommendations are not for sale. We may earn revenue from advertising, affiliate links, or paid consultancy services, but that revenue never determines which scholarships, universities, or programs we feature or how we describe them. Sponsored or partner content, if any, is clearly labelled as such. Advertising is kept visually separate from editorial content.

6. Corrections

We correct mistakes promptly and openly. If you spot an error, an out-of-date figure, or a broken link, email info@scholyhub.com with the page and the issue. We review every report and update the content where needed.

7. Use of AI tools

We may use AI tools to assist with drafting, summarising, or translating, but a human from our team reviews and is accountable for everything we publish. We do not publish unreviewed machine-generated content.
