1. Acceptance of terms
By using ScholyHub (the site, content, and services), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use ScholyHub. Users between 16 and 18 should have parental or guardian consent before purchasing any paid service. We may decline service to anyone who provides inaccurate information.

- Mock interview preparation
- Full application package support
- Visa documentation and pre-departure guidance
Important: ScholyHub is a consultancy and information platform. We are not a university, immigration authority, or financial institution. We do not admit students, award scholarships, issue visas, or provide loans. Final decisions on admissions, funding, and visas are made by independent institutions and government authorities.
4. Payments and refunds
- Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise
- Prices may change for future purchases without retroactive effect
- Refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund Policy
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or defamatory information through our forms
- Use our forms to send spam, advertising, or unsolicited promotions
- Attempt to scrape, copy, or republish our database without written permission
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the site
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Upload or transmit any malicious code
- Use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
6. Accuracy of information
We aggregate scholarship, university, and program data from official sources and update it regularly. Despite our efforts, eligibility rules, deadlines, scholarship amounts, tuition fees, and visa requirements can change at any time. Always verify information directly with the relevant university, scholarship body, or government authority before making decisions or financial commitments.
7. Your content
If you send us documents (a CV, draft SOP, transcripts, profile details) as part of an inquiry or paid service, you retain ownership of that content. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and reference that content only as needed to provide the service you requested.
8. Intellectual property
All content on ScholyHub including design, logos, text, graphics, software, and curated database structures is owned by ScholyHub or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or sell our content without prior written authorization. Sharing individual articles or scholarship listings via the share buttons on our pages is permitted and encouraged.
9. Third-party links
Our site contains links to external websites operated by universities, scholarship bodies, government agencies, and other organizations. We do not control or endorse those sites and are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all information will be accurate at all times. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from our consultancy services including admission, scholarship awards, or visa approvals.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScholyHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or opportunities, arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to ScholyHub in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ScholyHub, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
13. Termination
We may restrict or terminate access to the site or our services at any time for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or legal requirements. Provisions relating to intellectual property, liability limitations, and indemnification survive termination.
14. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the site at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad, Pakistan. The parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation for 30 days before commencing any legal proceedings.
