About this internship
The World Bank Young Professionals Program (YPP) is an entry point for exceptional young professionals to begin a career at the World Bank Group. Selected candidates join a two-year program that includes rotational assignments across different departments, mentoring by senior staff, and training programs. YPPs work on high-impact development projects in areas such as poverty reduction, climate change, infrastructure, and governance.
Who can apply
Open to nationals of World Bank member countries. Must hold a Master's degree or PhD. Under 32 years old at time of application. At least 3 years of relevant professional experience or continued academic study at the doctoral level.
